The great bespoke case maker Moby, whose moniker you may know from our bespoke case range, has put together a trio of Hunt & O'Byrne cues and has designed his very own case to house them in. With 2 red plates and 1 black plate, Moby has a lovely collection of cues.

This selection of cues comes to us courtesy of Mr J Cho who has collected an extensive range of Will's cues from the 1980's and 90's.

The 3 cues below are from the short-lived 2nd stage of Hunt & O'Byrne which saw Will serialising his cues for the first time. This led him into Will Hunt - London.

Hunt & O'Byrne

Here we have a stunning Hunt & O'Byrne cue with 4 long lower splices of Camphor Burl, dates to the early-late 80's and owned by Mr. Z Liang who provided this photo of his lovely cue.

This cue belongs to Mr. E Mok and dates to the mid-late 80's.

Peculiarly the screw heads are vertical when they were generally horizontal.

Hunt & O'Byrne

Mr C Hilton's two Hunt & O'Byrne cues. The black plate was made between 1984-1985 and the red plate post-1989.

This Hunt & O'Byrne square plate cue, of which only around 50 were made, is owned by Xiao Guodong.

Xiao is a high-ranking professional snooker player and has kept this cue active yet pristine and we wish him all the best with this cue.

The cue features a North-American Ash shaft and a West-African Ebony butt which sports a front splice of Snakewood on a thick undyed veneer.
