Visiting

Our address is a postal address only, if you want to visit the workshop you must contact in advance.

Visiting hours are: 9:30-11:45 and 14:30-17:00. Workshop is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. We only open Saturdays by special request and if you do not arrive after booking we may not open on a Saturday for you again unless you have cancelled in advance.

 

Orders & Postage
 

We are only taking Bespoke and Readymade orders for Green Plate cues; orders requesting Black Plate cues will not be responded to unless we are selling a Black Plate cue here, on Facebook or on eBay.

 If you place an order for a Bespoke Green Plate cue you must pay the deposit requested within 14 days of the order or, unless you explain why there is a delay, the order will be rejected.

 Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of you having paid a deposit only to conclude that you do not want the order you will not be able to claim the deposit back.

 If you have paid a deposit and we carry out the order but do not hear from you we will hold the cue for 14 days unless you ask us to hold it for longer. After this amount of time has passed we will put the cue up for sale.

 We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or not as described.
 

 Any claim for return on an item damaged in transit must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

 We will not accept a claim of item/s undelivered unless the item/s are sent by special delivery.

 You will not receive a discount on your order unless you are ordering 5 or more cues.

 UK and EU customers will incur a 20% VAT charge on top of your order.
 

Repairs/Refinishing & Alterations

You will have to pay the postage cost both ways for a Repairs/Refinishing &/or Alterations job.

 We recommend Hunt & O’Byrne, Will Hunt In London, Hunt & Osborne and Will Hunt (London) cues to be sent to us for Refinishing.

 Due to facility restraints we are unable to carry out many Repairs and Alterations; however you are welcome to inquire.

 Repairs/Refinishing of other brand cues can be carried out but the charge will be slightly higher than it would be for a Hunt cue.

 Please note that if you send a cue to us for Refinishing both the Tip and Butt diameters will change.

 We will give you all necessary details if you contact. We have never had a complaint made against us regarding any of the above categories or otherwise.
